Terms of Service

Last updated: April 28, 2026

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the RevampCustomVans&RVs website at revampcustomvans.com (the "Site") and any quote, consultation, or service you request from RevampCustomVans&RVs ("we," "us," "our"). By using the Site or hiring us, you agree to these Terms.

Quotes and estimates

Quotes provided through the Site, by phone, by text, or by email are estimates based on the information you give us at the time of the request. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless we tell you otherwise in writing. The final price for any project is set by a written project agreement signed before work begins. If the scope of work changes after work has started — for example, you choose different components, expand the scope, or your vehicle requires unanticipated repair — we will provide a written change order before the additional work is performed.

Deposits and payment

Most builds require a deposit before parts are ordered and work is scheduled. Deposit amounts and payment milestones are set in the project agreement for your build. Deposits cover labor reserved for your project and parts ordered specifically for your rig. Final balance is due before the vehicle leaves our shop or, for mobile installs, before the install is considered complete. We accept the payment methods listed on your project agreement.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel a project at any time before work begins by notifying us in writing. If parts have already been ordered specifically for your build, the cost of those parts (less any restocking fee we receive from suppliers) is non-refundable. If labor has been reserved on your behalf, a portion of the deposit covering that reserved time is non-refundable. The specific terms for your project are set in your project agreement.

Workmanship warranty

We warrant our installation labor for two (2) years from the date of completion. If a defect in our workmanship causes a problem during that period, contact us at (818) 274-8263 or revampcustomrvs@gmail.com and we will schedule a fix at no labor cost. The labor warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accidents, modifications by others, normal wear, or component failures unrelated to our installation. Parts and components carry their manufacturer's warranty (for example, Victron's 5-year warranty); we will help you submit manufacturer claims when applicable.

Customer responsibilities

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of work we perform is limited to the amount you paid for that work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost use of the vehicle, or third-party damage, except where prohibited by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Use of the Site

Site content (text, photos, and design) is owned by RevampCustomVans&RVs or used with permission. You may view and share Site content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, copy, or republish Site content without written permission. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the Site, scrape it programmatically, submit fraudulent quote requests, or use the Site to send unsolicited messages.

Third-party brands

Brand names mentioned on the Site (Victron, Epoch, Mercedes-Benz, Ford, Ram, Airstream, and others) are trademarks of their respective owners. We are an independent installer and are not affiliated with these manufacturers unless explicitly stated.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect a project already in progress will not apply retroactively to that project's signed agreement.
